Kosovo selected Tern's Automatic Message Switching System.

Tern Systems has signed a contract with Prishtina International Airport (PIA) to deliver an Automatic Message Switching System and end user terminals. Through this contract PIA will have a new operational TAMS AFTN Switch by Q1 2010. The system enables store and forward switching of aueronautical messages in ATS operations. The installation supports and is upgradable with the AMHS and CIDIN protocols in full compliance with ICAO and European standards, enabling and preparing PIA for future operations.

Site Acceptance of Tern AFTN at BASARNAS - Indonesia.

Badan SARN Nasional has signed a SAT for Tern AFTN solution, as a part of new a Search And Rescue (SAR) system in Indonesia. The main contractor of the project is the Spanish company Inster.

Tern Systems at ATC Global 2008
Tern Systems attended the ATC Global formally held in Maastricht with a bigger stand than ever before. ATC Global 2008 took place in Amsterdam RAI for the first time. This year, over 200 exhibiting organizations attended and 4.800 visitors.

Tern Systems demonstrated the company's latest solutions in Air Traffic Control:

• Tern ATC System: a modular ATM Automation System which combines advanced radar and flight data processing with an easy to use controller interface.
• Tern ATC Simulator: ATC training environment necessary for realistic training of air traffic controllers in tower, approach and en-route sectors.
• Tern ATS Message System: a complete suite of products for handling and processing Aeronautical Messages in ATS operations.

The show was a big success for Tern Systems and the same stand has already been booked next year.

Site Acceptance of Tern ATM Automation System at Jeju International Airport

The Jeju International Airport, S-Korea, has signed a Site Acceptance Certificate for Radar and Flight Data Processing System from Tern Systems Inc. Additionally, the system shall serve as a radar back-up system for S-Korea.
